Monmouth County Reliability Project

A public hearing was held on Feb. 6 regarding the proposed Monmouth County power line project that would create monopoles of 140 feet or more and would stretch between Aberdeen and Red Bank. The project has been met with opposition from thousands of residents in the affected communities who believe the poles could drive down property values.

New Jersey Realtors® has been following this issue to make sure it will not impact our members and the real estate industry.
